kakashi hatake was actually minato namikaze(4th hokage)'s student (fav). he became a jounin at 13. he got his sharingan from obito uchiha, fellow teammate. it was when they were sent on a mission and rin, their other teammate was kidnapped. kakashi and obito had a fight about what to do and some enemies appeared. while fighting obito was crushed by a rock. kakashi found rin and when they came back to obito , he said that he wanted kakashi to have his right sharingan eye. since rin was a medic nin, she transplanted the eye. once the sharingan is transplanted, it cant be deactivated. well,i dunno who his parents, sibs or relatives were anyway........
