Question: Im going to a cosplay convention. And we need some ideas of who to cosplay. The character has to be 'good looking' And it doesn't matter if its a boy or girl. We are going to make the costumes so nothing too hard. No naruto.

If you really want to make it easy, try either Near, L, Mello, Matt, or Light from Death Note. They're very simple.
Koizumi or any of the girls from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
Zombie loan or He is my Master, okay, he is my master would be insanely difficult though.. what about Lucky Star or Haruhi group cosplays??
