Oh yeah his little penis. That show's hilarious!!! It only comes on Adult Swim here in America. . . It's Chinese though. It's shown a little in Japan like here in US. Anyway. No, it's not considered anime. Like Avatar: the Last Airbender. Not anime, but people STILL call it that for some reason.
