Definitely to have her run up, kiss him on the lips and say, "You don't know how long I've waited to do that!!" Then, Naruto would probably be like, "Why'd you just kiss me?" to Hinata (knowing how stupid and oblivious he is.) Then Hinata would scream, "Oh, YOU'VE GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!!" because of his cluelessness!! LOL!!
Easy tape a sign to her head saying
"NOTICE ME YOU STUPID PIECE OF NARUTO!"
And if that doesn't work then I will put her in a Yellow chicken suit and make her dance around beside him with flippers and a pink bikini over that

i'll talk to naruto about what does he think about hinata. set up a date, invite friends and the two of them. dress hinata beautifully and naruto nicely. i guess thats it. and lets see what happens!
tie up naruto and bring him to hinata and force hinata to tell naruto how she really feels for him and hope naruto returns those feelings back.
i make her speak up and make naruto think that shes going to train with him then i'll tell em they should helpp each other out so they both can become as strong as me

I'd talk to Naruto and brag up her awesomness and get Sakura and Ino to help, then get Hinata to socialize with him more. And tell him that she was the one in the waterfall :]

just write " HEY NARUTO, LOOK AT ME" across her shirt

i'd stick her in a hot pink bikini, drag her up a tree and wait for Naruto to walk by alone. when he did i'd stick her with a pin to make her scream and then drop her on him. he'd have to be deaf, blind and totally stupid not to notice a screaming girl in a hot pink bikini dropping on him.
on the slight chance that didn't work, i'd run after him screaming "HEY U STUPID MORON!!! R U BLIND? HINATA IS TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH U!!!!! OPEN UR EYES AND LOOK, U HUMUNGOUS IDIOT!!!!! then i'd grab him, drag him back to Hinata (who's still laying under the tree) tie them both up and leave them to talk it out.
make it so that tghey both end up locked in a closet together and they are forced to work together to find a way out
get Hinata to bake some pastries for Naruto
