Well I think in a way he's like Riddler of Batman. He's a genius in that he can keep up with plans Riddler can keep coming up with riddles for Batman and deathtraps but both Bats and Road Runner keep getting the better of their adversaries. Neither are going to quit no matter how many times they fail as they are persistent and never say die.
