Should fit your description. You need an account. The quality's not bad imo, and the selection is pretty good.

Should be what you're looking for. Full length episodes, organized by series, no personal videos (like no AMVs, fan made stuff is what I assume you mean), ability to go full screen, pretty good quality (I'd say better than veoh but not as good as stage6) better than crunchyroll imo. Doesn't use veoh/youtube videos, there's even a watermark at the top right of every episode. There are pop ups, but I think it's worth it.
