Question: Well when Ichigo came to save Rukia on top of the stand she actually got mad at him but when she saw Renji she screamed about being happy he was alive..doesn't she give a crap about Ichigo? Renji wasn't even going to bother saving her until he saw Ichigo's determination. I love Renji but poor Ichigo!

Nah, she's really worried over Ichigo showing up, she doesn't want him to be in Soul Society just for her sake. As for Renji...well, isn't it obvious that she thinks of him as just his friend?
*sniff* Animes often make the characters not telling the truth outright, especially when it comes to love issues. Why couldn't we just have them confess their love to each other and get it over with?
She does but she didn't want to be saved by him because he might get killed so actually it's more like she doesn't care about Renji.
