and if so, who's soul is in the tube with sakura? is it the syaoran clone's soul or the real syaoran's soul?

Yes, what you said is ALL TRUE. This is like the major twists in Tsubasa Chronicle, and that's just like........ wow........ surprising..... =/
Both Sakura and Syaoran that have been traveling since Sakura lost her memory (Syaoran was cloned wayyy before Sakura) are cloned. In this tube thingy (lol, so hard to explain) that has been kept by that two evil people, this Syaoran is the REAL one. The Sakura BEFORE she "unleashed" her power in the first volume is the real one, but after she lost her memory, that Sakura is the CLONED one, and the REAL one was kept by the evil people.
To answer the second questions, the soul in the tube with Sakura is the REAL Sakura, and that REAL Syaoran soul is also kept in the tube.
I never read this far in the volume, but so far, I THINK the REAL Sakura doesn't know about the REAL Syaoran, but I'm sure soon, she will....

> we still don't know yet cuz there are two Syaorans now..any one of them could be the one in the tube and CLAMP is very good- they didn't give us any clues at all about the Syaoran in the tube. Guess we have to wait till they reveal it..><
and also, did the real sakura know the real syaoran?
>no, cuz she grew up with the clone.. she was captured by Fei Wang Reed when she entered the ancient relic that night after she went home from meeting Syaoran(the clone) at his home in eps 1 and chapter 1.
