I hope this ones from batman lol, well my faverite no matter where shes from is IV. She was like the strongest girl in there! she aint take crap for no one and she controlled plants, nobody suspects a fern of killing someone! lol she was empowered and i loved it, not like that weak pathetic clown girl... def IV

Joker. But only from the un-edited version of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. I highly recommend this animated movie for anyone who likes Batman, and the movie explains what happens to one of the Robins.
Next on my list would include, but not limited to:
Mr. Freez. I didn't like him UNTIL Batman the Animated series (the Emmy award winning one, and NOT that stupid Kids WB version) re-invented him.
The Riddler, Catwoman, and the ninja guy who trained with Bruce Wayne in Japan.
The Mad Hatter is my favorite. Mind control always makes things interesting.
