Naruto Shippuden Movie 1 has not been released in its DVD version as of yet meaning only boot legged version or films within the theatres are out which means BAD quality.
It is rumored that the DVD will be released this summer and once it's released, the sub will follow shortly. I would recommend my favorite site tailedfox dot com to watch it when it's out.
