honestly, this is an opinion question. and because i find the characters designs and for fantasy approach to naruto, i like naruto. bleach is good, but i prefer naruto.
plus, there are more characters in naruto to make pairings out of XD

I love Naruto and all, it's one of my favorites, but I just started Bleach and i LOVE it!!! I think I might have a new favorite....
Naruto
Well, I don't think either could be considered the best. They are both pretty awesome, but they also have some pretty glaring flaws at times. They are both very much Shonen as well, which is not a bad thing but does reflect in the epically long fight scenes and little character development.
I really enjoy both though. I would say Naruto is better in the end because it balances out better. There are not too many fights scenes that extend too long and they make the humour and drama fit well together. Naruto does a really good job with the main characters, making team 7 wonderfully sympathatic and human like. On the other hand it tends to forget about the minor characters.
Bleach is also really great but seems to have forgotten all about character development. None of the situations have changed the characters very much. Nonetheless the fight scenes, though too frequent, are very interesting and flashy. The characters personalitys are all fleshed out really well, even the minor characters get a lot of quirks and relationships that are great.
So in the end I consider Naruto better, but both are worth watching. When it comes to the best though I would really consider checking out Death Note, or Full Metal Alchemist. They are darker then Bleach/Naruto but have a deeper storyline and much more to them.
there's really no BEST one but then... of course if i really had to speak my opinions i'd so choose
