Am I the only one who gets depressed from anime/mamga?!
Question: Freakin love anime especially Alice Academy, Fruits Basket, and Ouran High Schoo Host club... but after watching all of these... I feel really depressed... cuz the story just ended and I really want there to be more. when i watch anime im happy but not watching it makes me sad... *sniff*
oh and does anyone notice that in like all the child/teenage anime shows, they're mom dies?

Yea for a little while, but you eventually get over it because its not real. Tri-Gun made me sad for a while, the priest's death sucked.
For the mom thing, yea you are right for most of them.
Bleach, Blood, Tri-Gun, etc. Only one I can think of where the mom lives is DBZ.
I watch Doraemon and One piece so no not really.
I find a lot of animes and mangas depressing. Elfen Lied made me depressed for a month.
Well, watch other anime then. based on the titles you mention, all that are more to high school stories.. why dont you watch something happy such as midori no hibi, maybe try another genre such as mystery, horror... lot of anime nowadays also manga. have you go to this site, www.crunchyroll.com? you can watch lot of anime with english subs there also read manga and some japanese, korean, hkg movie and drama...
I hate manga! It is so stupid! But I love watching anime online and on TV. I love Inuyasha and fruits Basket!
ironic, you watch anime cuz u wanna get to the ending and when you do, you wish there was more.
eh... i got depressed from reading ouran, not watching it. because of some plot point, that wasn't in the anime...
