well, it jsut depends on what type of anime u like. if u like action and lots of fighting then dbz. but i prefer naruto. its jsut up to u!
For now Naruto has become even better than DBZ for many reasons mostly the story & the charismatic Characters & it is still on while DBZ has ended more than 10 years ago so i recommend watching Naruto & you can have DBZ on Dvd they are out there.

I'll admit, Dragon Ball Z was a good show and probably still is, but that anime series is just too old now. I still have the first three episodes on DVD, and the anime graphics comepared to now are just too different.

Dragonball Z! hands down. Naruto is just a Dragonball Z wanna be with a bunch of poser ninjas.
I'd say Dragon Ball Z despite the fillers. Slightly better writing, the fact that the show is still fun to watch despite being almost 20 years old, animation is consistently good which is a problem with a lot of new shows.
Plus I like the show more than Naruto.
