onemanga is the best in my opinion but mangafox and mangavolume are also good. not to mention all the naruto fan site, and a few bleach fansites have teh manga too
sayanisland.com is good. theyre really fast but the quickest you'll get the manga chapters is 1 a week usually relased on thursday or friday
