I dont feel like watching it ....BUT.. the leader of the Akatsuki is Tobi, known as Madara Uchiha... The apparent leader is Pain or Pein but he takes orders from Madara Uchiha who is hiding and is going by the name of Tobi... The name he took when he left the village to form the Akatsuki
That little boy Nawaki is not the leader for sure. Neither is Pain. Its Madara Uchiha aka Tobi. Pain and Konan secretely report to Tobi. Orochimaru can bring people back from the dead with a sacrifice. So he could've did it. Yondaime is dead and there was no way he could've survived after sealing up the 9tailed demon in his son.
dude just because you find so much clues saying that he might be pein that does not mean anything it doesn't make you special for finding who pein is it means your an idiot. the leader is madara uchiha because when he found the village with the first hokage he wanted to make a police force but the hokage did not want a police force so he attacked the village with the nine tailed fox because he got kicked out thats why he made the organization.

so pein taking order from madara and madara taking order from ichigo....wahaha....

Cool. The real Akatsuki leader is Madara Uchiha the founder of the Uchiha clan. If you read the manga then you'd know. In the flashbacks in Sasuke's and Itachi's fight Itachi tells him that Madara helps him kill the whole clan. Of cours he couldn't take it down himself. Madara told Itachi all he secrets and Itachi wants Sasuke's eyes. Unfortunately it seems Itachi is [I think] dead.
