KILLER EASTER EGG hUNT?!
Question: THIS question really doesnt go here but all of my contacts are here! so anyway i went to a family easter thing today and ofcourse we hunted eggs...my kids were sooo brutal!!...LoL it was like find eggs or DIE TRYING!! I'm pretty laid back and i try not to be one of those tight a** moms...so yeah, i laughed so hard i cryied and all my relatives kept looking at me like i was crazy...but i thought it was hilarious!!! i mean it was much nicer than the easter egg hunts when I was a kid.... *pft* there wasnt even any blood. we needed bandaids and stuff by the time WE were done hunting eggs when i was a kid...our fav. game was called "KILLER EASTERBUNNY" (we were pretty twisted but as long as there were no broke bones or stitches our parents didnt care)... anyway heres my question....
did you ever have a tramatic easter egg hunt event happen to you.... or were you the one CAUSING the tramatic event? what was it?

Um.. to answer your question, I was doing both.

I was at this easter party with THOUSANDS of kids. Once the eggs were hidden the we dashed to the eggs. Let me tell u they were badly hidden! In the grass were green eggs. They were at least 20 of them. I got about 15 of `em. Then under the table were like 16 of them! After the hunt this kid like about 9-10 started whining cuz she didnt get a single egg. So I gave her one and.........................it was an empty one........... She started whining even MORE. It was soooooooo annoying. I felt like screaming!!!!!!
The kids at our egg hunt weren't as brutal as the adults! After the kid's easter egg hunt we did an adult easter egg hunt and hid eggs all over the yard.....but we chipped in and put $40 in one egg and hid it in the garbage can in the driveway and watched the adults dig in the trash can fight over it! LOL! HILARIOUS! Probably one of the best Easters EVER!
the other year a pub landlady gave her little boy the job of hideing the eggs.all the kids were crying and it turned out he had put them in clumps of nettles.he actually didnt get into trouble for it either. :( im guessing his idea was go back with gloves later a get them for himself.he was 7

Oh, man! What a gas that would have been!!! Did your kids find many eggs? I think it would be fun to hold an Anime Easter Egg Hunt!! Since it's hard to wrap manga & anime into teeny, tiny eggs, we could write the names & volumes of manga and dvd's and put the pieces of paper into Easter eggs, scatter them around wherever we have the hunt and set all the C & A people loose! Talk about funny!!!!! Then, when all the "eggs" have been found, we'd come to these tables or other designated places & turn in our "eggs" for what is written on the papers inside. It would be expensive (buying the anime & manga), but it would be so fun to see all of us getting in each other's way trying to get the eggs!!!
