For shoujo, I really recommend KODOCHA!!!!!, Ouran High School Host Club, Lovely Complex...and all the others that have either 4 or 5 stars. My fav out of those is Kodocha. I think you'd enjoy all of the above.
For shounen, Full Metal Alchemist, Black Cat, and xxxHolic. I'm not a huge fan of shounen, so I haven't seen much. Oh yeah, maybe Tsubasa Chronicles Resevoir too.
