Just 3 fulll DVD's and nothing else, huh? Well since you are making my world suck so much, I'm going to be a jerk and completely analyze this so that I can milk the most out of my anime.
Since you didn't specifiy what type of DVD I can use, I'm going to choose DVD-18. Or in layman's terms, a DVD with Dual Layers on each side. With that I can get about 17GB on each disc, totalling 51GB. And if I do a good encoding with H264, I can get high quality anime at about 100MB per episode and around 350MB per movie.
So lets see what I can fit on that...
