Manga about airplane dog-fights?
I honestly can't name a manga that has fighter plane dog-fights (in my 300+ series read).
Almost all dog-fights I know are animated in series such as:
Last Exile
Macross: Zero & its Macross/Robotech brethren
Yukikaze
Zipang
And others which have planes / space ships but not so much "dog-fighting"
Coyote Ragtime Show
Rescue Wings
And those which are war-oriented but focused other aspects (like copters, Mecha, fantasy armies).
