Question: he beat orochimaru,dediera and duel itachi to the death and won even though it was luck,but like rock lee said "A ninja make's his own luck "plus he over powered naruto and the others in the episode uchiha's power.To me this guy earns a s-rank,what do you think.

Well, actually - he's a Genin, but he's a missing ninja and he's killed people so he's S-rank now.

He left as a genin so really he still is one but he's classified as a S rank ninja. Although that is true Sasuke is really around jounin or kage level. Sasuke is extremely powerful and if he were to join the village again he'd most likely get "promoted".

no he didn't kill some people , he has only a grudge against his brother , he tries not to kill the most necessary than possible ,he just treathed his members of hebi if they don't listen to him and because they were with orochimaru he kills some people who are evil like itachi ,the one who killed their family and orochimaru who wanted to take his body and kill him , that is a nukegin , because he left his village and is a ninja deserted, about the reunion , he has only attacked the team kakashi because they wanted to prevent for his revenge and he has just wanted to waste of time to explain , if he's came back to konoha , he's still would be very far to kill itachi
