If you are looking for anime in particular I would suggest

All they have are mangas, anime, live-action versions of anime, and sountracks.
If you are looking for torrents in general I suggest
http://isohunt.com/
Isohunt checks many torrents sites and allows you to download one torrent that reads info from 10 or more other torrent sites.
