Do you consider G1 Transformers Anime or Cartoon?!

me, i consider it anime
-cuz the robots and main human characters were draw using manga style designs
-The Japanese were involved with production AND story
-the whole franchise started in Japan (although under a different name but the same characters nontheless)
-Animation is Anime style, looks exactly like Voltron and Saber Rider
-most of the staff were Japanese
-Although many episode were made in US and Korea, some episodes like the 1st 3 and movie and some season 1 and 2 episodes were made in Japan

i consider it anime also for most of the reason u put and also, its better than some *cartoons* i have seen!!!
I think it's more of a cartoon. The character desings were made by artists that worked at Marvel Comics at that time.
