Not really. You'd be better off just thinking of Godzilla as a spirit with a dinosaur's body. Then come to think about it it would be a good idea to read Rudolf Steiner on Evolution. He has what is literally a gnostic view -- that we are spirits trapped in the material world -- but at the same time what he says about how our physical bodies developed does tie in with some of the things they are discovering about dinosaurs.
Anyhow, if being trapped under rocks on a cold sea bottom for millions of years won't crystalize his cells, they are probably coarse enough so throwing him in liquid nitrogen won't either. It will just put you in a position where you'd better be safely dead when he thaws out.
