Sakura from Naruto. It was annoying how she was always so clingy and fangirlish aroud Sasuke. Also, Sasuke (always moody), Ino.
Renge, Haruhi Fujioka, sometimes Tamaki, from Ouran
Sayuri (Ah haha), Akiko, I like Ayu but some times the "Uguu" got annoying, Makoto, Nayuki, Shiori.
Misa from Death Note. No explanation needed.
Orihime from Bleach. She became kind of pathetic and weak.
Rukia sometimes annoyed me too.
Akane from Ranma, because she always got mad so easily.

I remember watching Marmalade Boy and being extremely annoyed every time Arimi would cling to Yuu in front of Miki just to piss her off. I wanted to shoot her in her stupid face. What pissed me off more was how Yuu just let her do it. I'd dump a guy like that.
