Is Sasuke going to die after he kill itachi( is itachi dead by the way)?!
Question: Nope. At least not anytime soon. We do know that both Sasuke and Itachi had drained there chara to a critical level. Especially of Itachi,as he knew that he was going to die. During the fight it was clear that Itachi had just used to much chakra in order to attack,and possibly take Sasukes eyes. Although it was to much for Itachi and from what we see as right now,Itachi had died,possibly from little to no chakra or that he had given up.
Now as for Sasuke he is currently still alive and probably will continue to remain alive for the time being. Its possibly that Sasuke had just enough chakra to spare,or maybe he had a stronger will power to kill his brother,and possibly being that Sasuke is still alive.

i don't thick that their both dead but i thick that in the next manga will find out what's going on.

It is unable to tell if they are dead or alive, if that is the case Zetsu might come and save Itachi and/or kill Sasuke.
Well we know Sasuke wins the battle, but since it was so intense they might have both colapsed unconcious. Apparently.....

They both fall flat on their backs. don't know if Itachi is dead coz he talks somewhere near the end but I do know Sasuke was alive. don't know if he stays alive though
