Question: Yea I know it's been asked many times before, but could you please give me a list of romantic anime? I don't want it to be like Inuyasha where it had a lot of action and comedy thrown in. I want it to be mainly focused on romance. Thanks.

finding an anime just centered on romance, without comedy, is kinda hard, but not impossible. Here are a few, I hope this helps!

its certainly the best love anime ^_^ its kinda old but youll get used to it
the plot is really interesting and its all full of love stories.. i couldnt find all the episodes subbed on the internet... you can find some episodes in japanese with subs on veoh.com, some on youtube... but there are some episodes which are only dubbed... well the dubbed version is the same, its just that the voices are kinda poor... you can watch the first episodes in japanese with subs on veoh... and then youll have to watch like 3 or 4 dubbed ones.. then some more subbed ones on youtube and then some other dubbed ones on veoh xD... but the story is great! trust me!
oh and it has 72 episodes... (if im not wrong...)
