Aghh.. don't even mention his name. I really hate him, I wish I have a death note and put his name to it. The reason why he is not dead is because of Saya. Saya asked Train to not kill using his gun Hades, if she hasn't appeared to him Creed will be dead. Then I would be saying Hazzah!!(however you spell it) But no he only becomes crippled
