All you need to know is the density of the hardest substance we know, and find the mass of it if it were the same size as an average human (Superman) and then add a little more mass to it and you will know Superman's weight.

I'm not sure but I read somewhere a few months back that he weighs approx 350-400 lbs...I think this is pretty close.
