Yeah, it's really good. It has a good storyline and great animation, though it is very violent.
It is if you like massive blood shed, and nude innocent girls "diclonius" killing everyone using mental tentacles "vectors". Of course it also features a dumb looking guy who is supposedly the main character.
The first 10 or so minutes of the first episode is very representative of what to follow (it is actually the "worst" part).
Elfen Lied revolves around the race of diclonius, a mutant human species identified by two cat-ear-like horns and transparent "vectors", and the ways in which the humans abuse and reject them as part of society, instead seizing them for storage and experimentation in an offshore laboratory. The series is centered around the teenage diclonius girl "Lucy", said to be the first diclonius, becoming sadistic as a result of her vengeance and delivering it on the humans who rejected her.
There are 13 episodes. If you watch it, the story slowly unfolds over the course of the whole series. You just need to watch it to the end. It's an amazing anime, if you can get past those first 10 minutes (It is known for its very violent first scene).
It is really good. The plot is amazing and i finished the whole series in one Day. There are 13 episode. There is alot of violence and nudity though, but after a while you dont even notice it.
