Question: What are some softwares i can download to make a 22-minuet cartoon? Im trying to make a cartoon thats knida of like Bleach&Death Note together.

It kind of depends on how you're planning to do the animation. Are you planning to do it old school, drawing it on paper frame by frame?

If so, MonkeyJam's a good free program to use.

If you want to do Flash cartoons like most of the stuff on Newgrounds.com, you could either look for Flash or use a free vector-animation program called Synfig.

Or you could look for c r a cked software, like Digicel Flipbook, Toon Boom or Anime Studio, which are a little harder to use if you're not already used to working with animation software and may take some time to learn how to use properly.
