Indeed Asuma's full name is Asuma Sarutobi son of Sarutobi the third Hokage & konohamaru is his nephew not his son bu you'll see that he will have a son soon from Kurenai as you can see they are always together.
& you'll see another unpleasant fact as well about him in the next chapters
