Okay, the clown thinks he is playing a great prank by squirting the woman with a flower, but the dog is taking a wizz on the clown's shoe.

um well there's like a small description box that tells what it means but then
it shows a clown pulling a prank on a random dog walker by spraying water on her but her dog is peeing on his shoe so he got his revenge from the dog
