Kei from Gantz he swears a lot. and it is still a good anime.
InuYasha XP he swears in like every sentence.

My vote goes to Sanji from One Piece. He has a filthy filthy mouth whenever he is interacting with anything that isn’t a skirt (original anime – not the mutilated DUB.) He smokes, swears a lot, likes to trash talk and is always mouthing off during a fight.
He’s at least as bad as Inuyasha ... guess it comes from being raised by pirates.
There are other characters I know that can give ‘bad language’ a ...err... good name but I cringe at the thought of mentioning them.

Have you seen the anime Baki the Grappler? Pretty much ALL the characters in it swear a whole lot. Try and find it on YouTube if you're curious, haha.
