Does anyone know the name of this cartoon?!
Question: I think it was on Nickelodeon.
It hasn't been on for years. Probably the same time as Ren & Stimpy and Hey Arnold??
There was like a bunch of "creatures". One looked like a pair of lips with feet and another one looked like a snake I think with stripes. I think another had very pointy teeth.
They lived in a dark area. A basement maybe? Or a hole in the wall? And I think there was lots of trash everywhere too.
Sorry for being very vague, me and my friends were just reminiscing and were trying to remember this show.
