Now this is a hard thing to tell someone
All i can say is go to the WMM forum and ask there
I was the same as you ive learnt by messing around with the program
Here is the forum its really helpfull its got sections for different parts of the program
Trust me its quite easy to use once you have been playing with it for a bit

U put your video or pics on them by opening at the side which says (import pictures/videos) and then u drag them into the timeline at the bottom.
It's a lot more complicated then just one simple answer, if you Google a tutorial for it there will be more. But, you have to import movie files from the left hand tool bar, then arrange them, add effects, etc. Then you have to publish (left hand tool bar again) it.
