Question: whats a program where i can put like cartoons together from pictures.. incase you don't understand me I'll say it like this... 1.i draw the pictures (with a graphics Tablet) ... 2.colour them in and save them ... 3.i put the pictures together to make the cartoon... i need a program to put the pictures together to make the cartoon... whats a good program for that??? please help... thanks...

There are plenty of them, but most professional and YouTube stuff is done on Adobe Flash. Plus they have alot of tutorials on YouTube to show you how to do it. So i would Suggest Adobe Flash.
