How could you have not seen Cowboy Bebop? It's by the same creator of Samurai Champloo and is better.
There's also Berserk, Future Boy Conan, Dragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z.

angel sencary kinda cool, if u can handle a bit of unexplain sexual feelings, but there is a lot of cool action in it, also welcome to the nhk is one of my faves,and sgt.frog (keroro gunsou) is awesome! and sense u proubly don't want any girly stuff thats all i can think of

i dont watch that much anime anymore but try Elfen Lied (ok dont watch if you dont like gore but if you love that kinda stuff, Elfen Lied is for you), Ghost Hunt (no, not the show on sci-fi), AIR (kinda slow....try it and see if you like it. tradgedy/romance)
