It's been out for several hours now. Since you said "watch the first episode of Season 2 online" I'm guessing you don't download. You're going to have to wait until someone uploads it. People already have on veoh and it got deleted. It won't be on crunchyroll since it's licensed. I don't know what to say other than good luck on finding it on a site that doesn't delete it.

Late by 2 minutes. xD Anyways this is the simplified version. I have to say I wasn't suprised when it got deleted, anyways if you can use torrents I would say do that. Since it is going to be deleted.
The problem isn't that it takes that long to upload (okay it took more than 2 hours to upload, but it's gg's only releasing softsubs/mkv/HD, and their release for episode 1 is 346 MB so there's not really a way around that. Except for this (http://www.tokyotosho.com/details.php?id... ) but redownloading is kind of a hassle.
You just need to find the right sites. There could be a site out there that hasn't deleted it yet or doesn't use youtube/veoh videos.

To actually answer your question though, gg (first group to release subs for episode 1 of R2) released about 10 hours after I saw the first raw on Tokyo Tosho. I don't know exactly when R2 airs and how long it took for raws to come out, but it was a pretty fast release.
