What's a good comic creator program?!

As in any case I suggest Inkscape ( http://www.inkscape.org ) - it allows easy object manipulation (like characters Your made or imported as graphic), do advanced cutting and masking (usefull for comics when You need to fit everything to one panel), many effects via build-in Python scripts and other usefull tools. Oh and did I said it's FREE? ^-^
Then You can colour it just in Inkscape - for example via gradients, or using blur...or do it in free GIMP ( http://www.gimp.org ) by exporting earlier Your BW comic lineart to it.
Btw, I have the same tablet - and actually I can't draw any good lineart while using it...but with Inkscape it isn't a problem as with its path editing tool and free script equivalent (even simpler to use) to Adobe Photoshop simulate pressure option - my drawings look clean and tidy ^-^.
I bought a PC product two thanksgivings ago called Comic Creator at Gamestop for 19.99... two months later it went down to 9.99 but you input your own images into 'templates' and use 'bubbles' for speech, obviously, it was pretty decent...
they made a marvel one too, but you had to choose marvel images already in the program...
