well karin's powers are not yet exposed so we don't really know what she can do, although sasuke and the other members of snake say tha her powers are very unique. but i would have to say sakura because she has great chakra control and can destroy you in one foul punch :3. but it can already tell that they are going to fight sometime in the manga, i can just feel it!

well i dont like either, but i agree sakura would win. we havent seen karin fight and i thinkher ability is that she can sense the chakra of other ninjas...

Well, I haven't seen Karin fight yet to her full potential, but Sakura is pretty powerful. As Jiraiya said, "The next Tsunade". One punch and she's toast.
