Answers: Because i cried when elenore baker died in madlax ep. 25.....it was so sad.

you should have been in the room with me and my sis when Hughes dies on fma...we got loud and soaked so tissues ..yelled at the TV ..cursed the manga artist ..and after all the her husband opened the door took one look at the two of us ..said not a word and closed it ..LMAO

no it is not weird.

It's not weird, it happens. Even if not everyone will admit it. :) It's happened to me a few times. :)

if you are a fan and have been folowing the anime u feel like u know the person. it is ok to cry as you feel the pain and loss of their death. its anime. thats wat it does 2 u

its very normal actually,it just shows how attached you are to that anime and you love the characters

nope. i know tons of people who cried when aeris from final fantasy seven died. silly boys.

lol, nope! I do it all the time XD

That depends: if you have been living with an anime series for long time, or you found it interesting and you have created a bound with a character and suddenly he or she dies, then its normal.

If not
ItS WEIRD.
(and its even more weird if you do it to much often)

of course not! i cry so many times when someone in an anime dies- i don't feel stupid but i just like the anime even more thinking that not only does it bring laughter but it brings tears as well!

Not at all- the hallmark of great storytelling is that it can make you feel something for its characters and situations, and that the fictional worlds it creates take on a certain reality to you.

I understand you, a lot!

I'm always crying in times like that.for me, it's not weird,..
you're just expressing your emotions,..since you're an anime or manga addict, it's normal

I cried a lot when L Lawliet dies! so unfair!!!

hehe,..that's all,..hehe

I hope I help you even a little bit

Nothing worng with crying at animes..Some of them are that good. I cried on One Piece a couple of times. Also. you haven't seen a sad one till you seen Grave Of The Fireflies. That one is based off WWII but still good. We'll have you in tears.. ^_^

NO I DO IT ALL THE TIME LOL

LOL WHEN HAKU DIED LOL

AND WHEN GAARA WAS BETRAYED BY HIS MUMS BROTHER, OHH AND WHEN SASUKES PARENTS DIED LOL

No, i cry even if the character dosn't die. Sometimes just if they get hurt. I cried for, like, a week when Lee had to go to hospital in Naruto during the chunin exams.

Nope, I cried when SPOILERS L from Death Note died. And Matt and Mello :P

ive cried a few times :p haha i guess if you get really into the show and the characters you end up crying without realising :P

no! its not weird because anime is so mature and cool at the same time you get deeply into it! i mean i cried when that guy from fma died. ( i forgot his name omg!) but he was the one who always talked about his daughter any ways i was so sad...
ps i almost cried when i saw the 2 "the tragic love song of destiny" episodes from Inuyasha! it was so sad...

I am 55, & an ex-Capt., Special Forces.
I see nothing "weird" about developing feelings for a anime character. As a matter of fact, I care more for some of my anime characters than I do for many Humans. For instance, I found that I have developed a deep, seething hatred of Naraku, for his betrayal of Inuyasha & Kikyo. If & when that bastard dies, I am sure to lose all "Demonic Dignity" and dance and howl at the moon in pleasure. If Sesshomaru was somehow killed, I would personally fly to Japan and negotiate for his "resurrection". So, you see, for some of us, it's not "weird" at all.
