WOW, okay this surprising an out of the ordinary question; so I have to answer it. I personally don’t think I could ever purposely cause a death, and I know if I had the Death Note I could not be as calculative as Light and would probably be the cause of my own down fall. But if I had the Death Note in my possession and I went total mad with power, then I would have to follow in Light’s shoes and punish the world’s great criminal, the ones that are supposedly untouchable. I’m not so naive as in believing I could stop all crime; I know as a civilization, we will always need criminals to helps define what is truly right and wrong. But eliminating the ones that cause heartache time and time again would be a benefit to our society.
