My favourite openings are tied... DNAngel (True Light) and the third Naruto opening (Kanashimi wo Yasashisani).
I like the fourth Naruto opening (http://youtube.com/watch?v=grnaPvW3o1Y) because it has great lyrics (...so turn your sadness into kindness, and you uniquness into strength. It's okay to get lost in the process, begin to walk..), and the video is pretty cool.

But my favourite ending is most defintally the fifth Naruto ending (Ima Made Nando Mo, by the Massmissles http://youtube.com/watch?v=gIwFSacX6no).... I think it's good enough to be an opening! it rocks!

I like any theme by Susumu Hirasawa (Berserk, Paranoia Agent, and movies like Paprika and Millenium Actress). Paranoia Agent's is awesome because the series is dark and weird and the song/intro is so uplifting.
What's Up People by Maximum the Hormone is ridiculously entertaining too.
