There are several stores selling manga in Japanese. The Japan Centre (http://www.japancentre.com/) for one. There are details of anime and manga-selling shops in London on this web site (http://www.animejin.org.uk/lnshop.htm), many of which do mail order.
Outside London, try asking your local comic store if they can get Japanese manga titles for you.
Ok, You Actually Cant, You Have To Order Them Online. Because They Have Like No Anime Stores In The UK. And The Few They Have They Don't Sell Japanese Versions, they sell Japanese with English words so you will have to order it online
