on your computer, open the pic with the paint or paintshop program and look at the top of the screen.click image and then resize/reskew... you want to change the width. mess around with it until you get the proportions right and then re upload it on you profile.. i have windows vista but it sould be about the same for windows XP

Damn that is a good Avatar. IS big sure but who cares i like it...never seen anyone with one like it. Pretty Original.
And for the blurry pictures i believe is because of moving the images size too much like making them big or small in a program like paint, i am not sure how do it well, But forever me the first Answer, knows it pretty well.
And i have to say Master Happosai from Randma 1/2 was veeeeeeeeeeeeeeery annoying, he got everyone in so much trouble, was extremely perverted, and he never help annyone and only though about himself.
i have know idea how to make it more clear, most of time when you use a 360 one they're almost always kind of blurry, but i think it looks good like that
