First season were the first 12 episodes.
Second season was the next 12.
There isn't really enough material for a third season yet covered in the manga. At the very least, they would need to finish the current ark before that could become feasible.
But Black Lagoon is awesome, and while there are no announced plans for a third season yet, I hope that we will see one sometime in the future.

Yeah, there's already a second season. It's called "Second Barrage".
It's the remaining 12 eps of the series ^^
Gosh... I seriously wish there was a 3rd season... Black lagoon is soo amazing! (and oh-so-funny ^^)
