DVD raw isn't even out yet, so subbed ones are out of the question. My guess it will be out three to four months from now.

no it is not out yet, dattebayo put out an April 1st joke movie with a similar name but that's not it.
The official Japanese theater release was December. They normally don't put the film on DVD until about 6 months after that and when it is released on DVD I'm sure Dattebayo will sub it in about a week or so.
This is what I heard about Naruto Shippuuden movie which will be released on DVD April 23.
