i think the main character is a blond guy with red outfit with british flag patch. he looks like a pilot of the red barons.
there was an indian/arabian princess also, who looks like one of the street fighter EX characters that dances. similar to disney's princess jasmin
there was this samurai guy also with a white or blue powerstone that gives him a lightning type skills and transforms him into a beetle type samurai warrior because he as a beetle horn protruding his forehead.

the strongest of them is the kid with really huge eyes and wide mouth. he has the power of the wind.
the other one is wearing a sleeveless black shirt and jeans which can run very fast and leaps long distances.
the third has the power of the earth. he wears nothing but a white g-string. he normally dug himself underground then strikes enemies from below.
