Gohan. Unless, you are talking about Gohan at the start of the Saiyan Saga... then Itachi. Itachi has a chance, but putting Gohan in some Genjutsu stuff, but I still say Gohan.

Gohan who massacre Itachi. Come one Naruto fans were taking about a half saiyan versus a human ninja who got killed by his little brother while trying to take his eye.
I go for Gohan...he almost has the limitless stamina.
Itachi's power is deteriorating him fast. Using Ameterasu already made him blind. Sharingan drains chakra fast. how can he fight Gohan without chakra?
plus, gohan knows how to fly. who cares about the black flames of amaterasu which burns everything in its path if you cant even reach Gohan from above. Itachi can shell himself inside susanoo for the longest time but his chakra wouldnt last long for the fight.
gohan can fight short, mid and long range against enemies.
very fast hand/foot speed when it comes to close range fights. he can shoot several fireballs in the mid range fights. and last, kamehameha on long distance shots.
