Episode 24-26 isn't subbed in English yet, and episode 27 isn't even out yet (or at least I haven't found 27 raw).

:3 Shugo Chara episodes come out every Saturday in Japan, so episode 27 has now played, however, subbing normally takes a while, probably 2-3 weeks is my guess, so waiting is the only way.
